CONFIRMED BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% deposit (bank transfer or credit card) is required to secure a booking. The full deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 14 or less days before arrival.

SHORTENED STAYS: All shortened stays are subject to payment of the full cost of accommodation irrespective of the reason.

CREDIT CARDS: When giving credit card details, please supply the card holder's name (exactly as it appears), card number, expiry date and CVV number (last 3 digits on the back of the card next to the signature).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES: Rooms are available from 14h00 on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10h00 on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to make use of all other facilities outside of these times (swimming pool, lounges, etc) and to store their luggage for the day if required.
